Jeannie Kelly

Jeannie joins the Common Ground team via Reno, NV. As a founding partner of the Forward on 4th community development strategy, Jeannie will lead site operations and community programming to ensure sustainable and equitable revitalization efforts are fully realized.

Prior to moving to Reno, Jeannie worked in Little Haiti, Miami. She and Magic City team members developed a holistic, community-driven $1B innovation district to revitalize 17.5 acres in Little Haiti and Little River neighborhoods. While at Magic City Jeannie acquired 25,000 sq ft of the 75k project, leased 15,000 sq ft, and built programming for over 30,000 sq ft.

No stranger to successful revitalization, Jeannie also lived in Wynwood, Miami during its transformation from blight to a booming cultural hub.

Jeannie has over 10 years of experience in real estate. She received her Georgia real estate license in 2002, Florida license in 2010, and Nevada license in 2019.
