Bernice McCluney was born In Southern California and raised in the small town of Sparks, Nevada. Bernice is passionate about creating safe and affordable housing for all and has worked on a variety of projects to promote this cause.
Jeannie Kelly // Co-Founder of Common Ground RENO
Jeannie joins the Common Ground team via Reno, NV. As a founding partner of the Forward on 4th community development strategy, Jeannie will lead site operations and community programming to ensure sustainable and equitable revitalization efforts are fully realized.
Mindy Bacharach // Advisor
Mindy is recently graduated from USC where she received her MBA/MRED (Masters in Real Estate Development) and brings over 6 years of real estate analysis experience to Common Ground Development.
